The judiciary has proven itself corrupt. I expect future court cases we will see their sponsors displayed on their gowns, they don’t even try to hide the corruption🤦‍♀️. I still believe good will win over evil🙏

I think the problem we all face is the "powers that shouldn't be" & & the Judiciary are able to refuse to look at the evidence. They are expert at stonewalling & refusing to engage in sensible discussion. Seems to me evidence of total dishonesty.....& evasion of responsibility for what the are FULLY responsible for. Now with c censorship the are fully out to get us....word of mouth with skill use of words to protect ourselves from the so called "misinformation & thought police" is essential to killing the "lies" swindlers are peddling. Just do it!

100 percent Meryl. The so called "honourable" judge is just another speed bump in the corrupt system. They don't even realise they're stuffing they're own lousy system. The judgements of the past will nail their miserable hides to the wall & bloody good job.

The "judge" imo is in error & therefore a review of the decision by the High Court MUST/ WILL be held, where precedents have already been set by much smarter people than judgy wudgy.

The statutory grounds on which a decision may be reviewed are but not limited to:

That there has been approved breach of the rules of natural justice in the making of the decision.

That procedures that should have been observed in making the decision were not observed & on it goes. Come on High Court, wriggle out of this one. We're ALL bloody aggrieved.

Absolutely! I was also told that this type of case can ONLY examine the actual evidence - not standing. Perhaps another reason for appeal or mistrial?

It can’t be long!?!? So much corruption has to be seen eventually. Thanks for your hard work!

The problem we face is that a single judge decides for all of us. That is not justice regardless of how they rule. Further it is anything but democratic. I like postive news as much as anyone.

I am sickened by these mandarins in black robes...

Take heart everybody

3 years ago, it would have been dismissed out of hand

2 years ago, it would have been dismissed quickly

1 year ago, it would have lasted a little while and shunted quietly aside.

Every one of us is making a difference in our actions, the talk here the comment there, the substacks the effort AND the adverse reactions or climate change co incidences. The corrupt judges have families and when one climate change happens they may overlook it but as time goes on the climate change escalates and they may start to dwell on it all.

I've lost track of the people that say they haven't felt "right" since the stab, perhaps the ones that actually got it are the same and are starting to question.

To be honest they fucked up royally. Now they have to think hard on how to protect the belief of the perception of law being in place while clearly setting the precedent it's not. They took a massive risk because the no standing was a blatant lie and they risk civil upheaval and discord at any time in the future from this point on.

The system only works with law (or with the perception of law) in place, the concept of fair and reasonable equally shared by all. When the scam is exposed the anger becomes justified and they understand this.

For me this is another win but the win is down the track, the war is what matters not the individual battles.

So true, we should all keep up the fight

Definitely. I spend as much time as I can manage online and can tell you the difference is night and day from today vs 3 years ago.

Trudeau, Maogowan/Cook etc doesn't matter 3 years ago it was a handful but now the only real sypporters are the tax payer funded nudge units and staffers.

Every day the seeds we planted over the years sprout in the minds of the once docile and they're getting agitated, only a fool can't feel that something is off and contrary to how it feels at times Australian's weren't often fooled for ever.

We were told way back by someone, can’t remember who, that these cases would not be won in a court of law. Judges are corrupt also!

I think it will definitely be difficult to get justice, but it is not impossible.

I certainly hope that is so Meryl.
