Hi Meryl, THANK YOU VERY MUCH, for all your input and hurdles you have to conquer.

I was following live court from Parramatta in midst of the Covid narrative. It was about jab mandate to access a building site. The judge was very attentive, asking many questions. It all appeared that he understand and would rule the right way. Day of the judgment: he came, read the ruling with his head down inspecting the floor, closed the folder and departed still reading the floor.

I watched that (all of about 3 minutes) judgement live. Judge Rofe never even had the decency to sit down to read her judgement. Very convenient that she never identified herself visually as you could only see her from the neck down. Never in my 69 years have I seen a more despicable corrupt case of conflict of interest. She needs to be sacked immediately & charged. And never be allowed to work in any capacity within the law ever again. If this judge escapes any form of chastisement & continues in her present capacity then we can never again call our country free or democratic. We are then, nothing but a dictatorship.

Meryl.

I know our judiciary is shocking, but in this case what is the conflict of interest for "her honour" here?

Yes, a blatant conflict of interest. I will write my letter and hand deliver it to my MP on Monday. I heard Julian Gillespie voice his consternation regarding this.

Thank you for keeping us aware.

I hope this succeeds. But ask yourself this. If there's only been one previous commission empowered to look at judicial misconduct in Australian history (1986 - Lionel Murphy), why was there a need to create something called the Judicial Misbehaviour & Incapacity (Parliamentary Commissions) Act, only twelve years ago, in 2012?

I've just been familiarising myself with the Tyrrell case. Of course the info comes from our beloved ropaganda artists. The judicial tactics and actions appear quite bizarre and possibly inhumane. It appears a guilty or not guilty verdict may not necessarily reveal the truth.

These are some quotes:

"The NSW Crime Commission has the power to compel witnesses to appear and give evidence, with the crime-fighting body’s hearings held in secret" 😳😳😳

...in October 2021, they went to the foster mother’s home and confronted her with the allegation that William had died in an accidental fall.

“We aren’t guessing, we aren’t bluffing,” Sergeant Scott Jamieson told the foster mother as he came to her door to deliver a summons to appear before the NSW Crime Commission.

“We know how, we know why, we know where he is.”😳😳😳

Good question. I wish I knew the answer. And my understanding is that there are different commissions for different courts. So the Federal court is covered by this legislation and there are others for the lower courts. I don't think there is ANY process for judicial review of the High Court justices however. and there definitely should be.
