At least Australia is asking. No such thing from the US. Obviously, I'm not doing the survey, but kudos to you all for doing the 300 minimum. It is a chore to reduce characters but the challenge is worth is, as is answering pre-determined choices when "none of the above" is really the choice. Good old government surveys.
I would suggest that survey has been designed like every other government survey. The questions are set in such a way that it provides a pre determined successful result to the government. Seems others have noticed it whilst completing it. I read the first three pages of the paper and worked out they have zero interest in the reality and are seeking "approval' for their past strategy and this was their way of admitting they have not got right. What I did find disconcerting was the paper was more concerned with 'equity' and 'diversity' and even more so when talking about targeting 'first nations' and using 'Levers' to get people to get vaccinated.
Thank you for sharing this Meryl! I have made a submission via the government website. I was unaware of this till I saw your post so thank you for bringing it to my attention.
Hi, it’s even worse than that - it’s as if it’s a done deal already if you read their wording about what it actually is! We truly need to rise up together and push through the UN WHO WEF exit
Correct, this is how all government surveys are written up, this is just a smoke and mirrors exercise so they can tick the 'public consultation was undertaken' box.
The expectation is the public will engage with the government system and note these things are being put out. Most Australians are disengaged and do not GAF. Crass as it sounds it is true. But why bother when the thing is designed to give a predefined result.
I started to do the survey but the 300 character limit on text boxes got so frustrating I gave up. The whole vaccine paradigm is flawed and supported by junk science, and our government stopped listening to the people a long time ago....
You fell into the trap that was set for you. Write up what you want to say then use ChatGPT to summarise it to 300 words or less. Don't try and rant on them, they discard anything that does not respond to the question but attacks.
Then tailor your responses to your audience not your own emotion. they are not seeking dissident input and will discard it. They are seeking considered responses in the context of the questions. You rant on them, its pointless and you have wasted your time.
To be honest, I don't think it matters who I tailored my response to. I have been involved in dozens of these inquiries over the years. Moderates get ignored. Radicals get ignored. Everyone who says anything other than - vaccines are wonderful and have saved mankind - is ignored. So in my mind, it doesn't matter. But publishing here means that at least others will understand what we're up against.
If one wants a good result, one has to learn to play their game, using their rules, language and any other tool they have against them. Consider this. What does spraying them achieve in terms of the long term goals? Bragging rights as to who told em off the best. If you have three thousand respondents who spray them to the point they throw away the responses. That is three thousand opportunities to sway the argument in the direction its preferred, wasted. What if the margins are so narrow those three thousand responses if written up appropriately were the difference.
I agree, Luke. I have finished my submission and I will share it here shortly. I didn't hold back which makes me sure that they will super-duper ignore it! LOL
Hi Meryl,
I did not think I'd have time to write a submission but here is a copy of my survey response which took a bit over 20mins as I had to go back to edit my comments to their ridiculous limit. https://consultations.health.gov.au/ohp-immunisation-branch/discussion-paper-towards-the-national-immunisation/consultation/my_response?user_id=ANON-BQH1-4PPV-P&key=977974d5eb2c087d3c963db18ca8302df5a2d3ad (sorry can't hyperink it).
woops it hyperlinked authomatically - handy!

Thanks Meryl. I did it but there was no opportunity for dissent and so pretty useless.
Thanks though.

Oh I thought I sent it to you! Strange that these things are hidden from the (main) public and MSM forget to inform us…

Reading it just made me angry….how great is the vaccination program 1 in 25 of our kids on the autism spectrum.
These “people” are disgusting. Evidence based, disgraceful! They will just ignore any dissident input sadly, but will still submit

They will take zero notice if anything goes wrong we say. I'll be commenting anyway. They'll
Ignore it.
Read my response to Luke above. I don't think you're wrong. But it was cathartic to respond. :-)
