Vaccines can and do combine with each other (children are getting as many as 10 vaccines at one time!) and with our own native DNA and RNA. These recombinations can and do cause the emergence of new diseases and older - potentially more virulent - strains of old ones. We have known this for decades, but as more shots are given at the same time, the problem becomes more evident. It's easier to see with chickens because it happens to a captive population. But this same phenomenon is happening with humans as well.
