Dr Peter Dingle discusses the cholesterol myths

I was lucky enough to be able to catch up with Dr Peter Dingle this weekend at the Conscious Living Expo - a fantastic event that is now in its 22nd year! This is the first time the AVN was represented at the Expo but it will most definitely not be the last. It was a very positive and empowering weekend with great conversations and contacts made with many people who were seeking for information about the risks and effectiveness of vaccination as well as for information about their rights and government entitlements.

In addition, there were some amazing practitioners in attendance who taught me so much in just the short time I was there. Several of them will be writing articles for up-coming editions of Living Wisdom magazine and I am very happy to have been the AVN's representative at this event.

As the weekend was winding down (it actually ran over 4 days - Thursday through Sunday - a pool of calm in the midst of Perth's CHOGM madness), I managed to get Dr Dingle to slow down for 10 minutes - long enough to talk with me about his passion for health and also to discuss his book, The Great Cholesterol Deception.
