Queensland's Health Minister Needs Our Help!

Can we lend a hand? She can't understand why there has been a 40% jump in Code 1's (Heart Attacks and Strokes)

It’s a real puzzler. In just a very short time, there has been a 40% increase in callouts for Code 1’s* which include heart and chest pain, breathing difficulties and some other related (and unrelated) issues.

Yvette D’Ath MP, QLD Minister for Health and Ambulance Services is so confused about why this is happening now when just a short time ago, it wasn’t the case.

Someone out there MUST have an answer for her? She needs our help!

If you think you might have a clue about this concerning increase in heart and breathing problems, please drop her a line to let her know your information. It is only by working together like this that we can assist the government to serve us better.

Here are her contact details - I’m sure she would appreciate your polite and informative input.

Telephone: 3448 7100
Email: Redcliffe@parliament.qld.gov.au
Visit: Bluewater Square Shopping Centre (Corner ANZAC Avenue and Sutton Street, Redcliffe)

*Here is a helpful list of QLD Ambulance Codes - Code 1 is apparently the most serious Code that requires immediate attendance with both lights and sirens.
