You use lockdowns to get people vaccinated

For the last 2 years, we’ve been told that lockdowns are meant to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and are one of the (unscientific) most commonly-used ways governments have controlled society over this period.

It seems that lockdowns aren’t an issue in China as much as the idea that the jab they are using there isn’t as effective as those used in the West. Right.
