I don't want to appear negative, but hell, I will. This much vaunted McCullough treatment protocol may seem like good progress, but I maintain that it is meaningless in practice.

In their words!

"No therapeutic claims can be made for this regimen because it has not been tested in large, prospective, double-blind, placebo controlled randomized trials. No such studies are planned or funded currently by federal or institutional sponsors. The main caveats are bleeding and allergic reactions. The regimen can be used in addition to antiplatelet and antithrombic agents, however, caution is advised with respect to monitoring bleeding risks."

and...

"The duration of therapy and the impact on clinical outcomes such as quality of life, symptom scores, hospitalization, and death are unknown. Thus, no therapeutic claims can be made until large prospective randomized double-blind placebo-controlled trials are completed."

But personally, I will settle for first hand testimony. Are there any practitioners or individuals who have been using this protocol for enough time to detect any results, or is it merely theoretical?

Is there any anecdotal evidence from individuals with ALL forms of long covid... who have recovered?

To gauge its efficacy we need to know...

First, is long covid uniquely caused by the spike protein or are there other variables? If there are other variables, can this protocol be effective against those other variables as well?

In the case where the spike protein can be demonstrated to be the (or at least a) cause of long covid, is this protocol likely to be effective against all forms of spike contamination, that has resulted from any or all of covid infection, from covid vaccination, and from vaccine shedding?

This is a proposal for a trial, it is not the results of a trial. And so, in the absence of proper trials, I at least want first hand testimony from people who have recovered from long covid using this protocol.

(Personal disclaimer: I have used each of these products personally, in larger doses than recommended here, and in combination with many other products, but not for the recommended duration. I am still experiencing steadily worsening long covid symptoms.)
