Good News - But we all need to get involved
A way has been found to hold a Federal Court Judge, Justice Rofe, accountable for misconduct and to finally get the COVID jab GMO Case heard!
The following information has just come across my desk and when you read it, I think you will be heartened by the good work that so many in the community are doing to bring about justice and accountability in Australia. Hopefully, you will also want to get involved in helping advance the chances of success.
It’s early days yet for this matter, but here is what I know so far:
Senator Malcolm Roberts and Senator Pauline Hanson of One Nation have given an undertaking that they will bring forward a motion in the Senate at the next sitting session (which starts on June 24th) demanding that both houses of Parliament establish a Commission to investigate the misconduct of Justice Helen Rofe, pursuant to the Judicial Misbehaviour and Incapacity (Parliamentary Commission) Act 2012. (see the link at the bottom of this post for background information on this case).
Senator Roberts is confident that he will gain the support of other Senators, including Senators Babet, Rennick, Antic, and others.
Mr Russell Broadbent, MP has said that he will introduce the same motion at the same time into the House of Representatives and is likewise confident of gaining the support of many MPs.
The Commission, which will then be established, is tasked with looking at Justice Rofe's conduct and then making a recommendation to Parliament based on its findings under the JUDICIAL MISBEHAVIOUR AND INCAPACITY (PARLIAMENTARY COMMISSIONS) ACT 2012 - SECT 10. This has only been done once before in Australia, and it is the only Constitutional way to hold Federal Court Justices accountable.
The findings of the Commission will not be binding on Parliament, but MPs are instructed to vote on this matter based on what their constituents want - not the party. In other words - they have an automatic conscience vote. And since the prevailing sentiment in the community right now seems to be one of being supremely pissed off over the lies told about these experimental jabs over the last 4 years, it will take a very brave (or stupid, or corrupt) politician to not see the conflict of interest Justice Rofe appeared to be operating under.
Should the joint session of Parliament say that there was judicial misconduct, the Justice Rofe MUST be removed from office. This will send a strong message to other justices in Australia about their responsibility to be fair in considering these cases - regardless of the power of pHarma.
In the meantime, there are efforts to have the Chief Justice treat the GMO Case with the urgency it deserves since the lives of Australians of all ages are at risk from these improperly approved (and unapproved) and untested products. The decision of Justice Rofe MUST be set aside and a new case before an independent Justice MUST immediately be scheduled.
Senator Malcolm Roberts has said that this will be:
"a watershed" moment in Australian history .. and it will begin the process of righting some of the Covid wrongs brought to bear on the Australian People, while helping to clear the way forward for true justice to be done in the critical GMO proceedings.
As I said earlier, A Commission of this nature has only been empowered once before in Australian history, back in 1986, to investigate High Court Justice Lionel Murphy.
What steps can you take?
The first thing you can do is to visit section72.au and sign up to stay up-to-date on what is happening. Also share that page wherever you possibly can - via social media, email, etc.
Start speaking with friends, family and anyone who you feel is on-side on this issue. Get them ready to put pressure on their Federal representatives to vote to oust Justice Rofe. We need an honest judiciary and if the only way we can get them to be honest is to put the fear of God into them, than so be it! Be prepared, when the call comes, to call, write and visit your reps. We are going into an election year and this election will be the most important one in my lifetime - probably yours too!
And speaking of elections, if you are even THINKING of either voting for or giving your preferences to one of the major parties (Labor, Liberals, Greens, Nationals, Teals) it is time to consider why. We need as many independents and unaligned candidates to be elected as possible. We have the power to turn this around - if we would just choose to use it.

Yes, a blatant conflict of interest. I will write my letter and hand deliver it to my MP on Monday. I heard Julian Gillespie voice his consternation regarding this.
Thank you for keeping us aware.
I hope this succeeds. But ask yourself this. If there's only been one previous commission empowered to look at judicial misconduct in Australian history (1986 - Lionel Murphy), why was there a need to create something called the Judicial Misbehaviour & Incapacity (Parliamentary Commissions) Act, only twelve years ago, in 2012?
