Huge Decision by the 9th Circuit in the US - COVID jabs are not vaccines!

Cue the lawsuits against Pfizer and Moderna directly-immunity from prosecution is off the table. Prep Act be damned!

I am not a lawyer, but I do know about the terrible wrongs that have been done to America’s child and adult population since the early 1900s because of this dreadful ruling of Jacobson.

The decision of the 9th Circuit Court seems to revolve around the fact that mandatory vaccination as a result of the decision in the Supreme Court case of Jacobson vs the State of Massachusetts in 1905 found that mandating the smallpox vaccine was justified because of the belief that the vaccine would prevent infection and transmission of smallpox. Both are incorrect assumptions, but that was the basis of the ruling at that time, and this case was used to maintain mandatory vaccination for schoolchildren in the US.

What does this ruling mean for mandatory vaccines for education?

My question - aside from the implication that Pfizer and Moderna are now fair game (and Johnson and Johnson and Novavax, too, because none of these jabs offer any form of prevention) is - can this ruling be extrapolated to take in the other non-protective vaccines? Which is all of them. Because no vaccine ever has or ever will prevent any illness or infection.

The only thing that vaccines can do - and they are incredibly effective at this - is to prevent good health and, in some cases, life itself.

And further, can it overturn the requirement for members of the military and medical staff to be force-vaccinated? With a new scamdemic right around the corner, can this one ruling stop the bird flu madness in its tracks?

Let’s watch the US and see what happens as a result of this ruling.

I know one thing for sure: If I were Bourla or Bancel, I would be looking for a hiding place right about now, because all of their ill-gotten gains won’t be enough to protect them from justice should this ruling stand.
