Did they not lie about the safety and effectiveness of those products...That alone should remove any protection from the PREP Act (and its equivalent in all countries). Lying is Fraud. Fraud does not have any statute of limitation.

All who claimed 'Safe and Effective' were lying to the people... They all committed fraud...There is no excuse.

I'd be interested to hear what Sasha Latypova Due Diligence and Art and Katherine Watt's Bailiwick News Substacks have to say on this? Seeing as it's all legally an American DoD military campaign to kill humanity. No testing, no trials, no GMP, nothing nada zilch just a chemical goop into as many and as often as they could..... and Big Pharma are doing exactly what they are contracted to do ergo zero fraud can be charged aka Brooke Jackson case USA. And the government contracts - listen to Dr Mark Trozzi interviewing Shabnam Polesa Mohammed on his webpage - if breached by not buying more and more jabs or contract details revealed within 10years then the forfeit is all sovereign property ie start with our military bases. Then there's all the young fit refugee men being flown round the world by USA oh yes and military trained too, and then placed in large groups in every town and city and fed, watered and paid for by us. UN the driver along with the Bank of International Settlements (a private family organisation). Realise what's happening yet? Sleep well!

To think that they justified their ill-gotten gains based on a court ruled belief, not science??

I've never wished death on anyone, Darren. But in their case, I could make an exception...
