I think in this case it means Dr Julian Fidge didn't pay millions for non-existent/unproven/false data, manipulate the global population through fear and MSM propaganda or indeed say anything that was untrue. This was a court assuming Maritime Law, not Common Law.
If we applied Common Law as we humans are entitled, the outcome would have been catastrophic for Pfizer (and the rest). It may well have spilled over into highlighting the evil within governments.

Well, then, why not bring the case in Queensland under the Human Rights Act 2019 and do so `actio popularis` (in the public interest)? That should exterminate that little locus gremlin dead in its tracks. Why not accompany that with an interlocutory application raising a point `in limine` regarding the right to `an appropriate and impartial forum` (under the 2019 HR Act) by first cross examining the judges of the division about any (1) conflicts of interest (such as super funds weighted to investments in big Pharma), (2)compromise or (3) inherent bias (such as being anti-antivaxxers , being vaccinated, having tacitly condoned the mandates or even being successfully condition under one of the DARPA patented PSYOPS they brag about. Lastly, one would need an interim ruling on whether they will try the `national and international interest` escape hatch (i.e a disclosure of any implicit, or secret intelligence services status that might not be public knowledge. Once those holes are shut one could pick the brains of some of the international lawyers that succeeded on those grounds in other countries and those behind the last one that was funded by Clive Palmer in Queensland. Seriously, judges that use that old worn out trick to escape hearing a matter should be ashamed. They simply undermine confidence in the system of justice. It just amounts to a woefully pathetic cop-out. And it is manifest. Everyone can see it for what it is. How embarrassing.
