Unfortunately there is NO proper, legal testing required for MRNA injections of any kind, including GMOs, to be approved. Julian's case will go nowhere accordingly. All injections marketed as "vaccines" are considered by the FDA to be medical countermeasures for which the applicants only had to provide a product "demonstration". In reality they were/are biowarfare agents. Accordingly, no testing is required for any of them. Worse still, due to the International Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA), between the USA and Australia, our regulators are not required to do anything other than take the FDA's word for it. All such agreements are designed by the parasites to appear legal to enable the fraud, the only difference with this one is that it involves mass murder, harm and democide. If you think the pollies will ever admit to that, then you are probably vaccinated.
