Albo & Wong: $100 million to the WHO as a chicken feed distraction, whilst in the background the commitment to the Global Fund an subsidiary of the WHO, is staggering. Wake-up Australia we are being played.
On the Australia Day merch thing - I have little issue with these (usually) Chinese made, throw away items not being sold. I have reduced my shop at Woolies by 90pc in recent years due to closing down deli sections in favour of pre- packaging the meats. Their hypocrisy is outrageous.
I share shopping between Aldi n IGA and refuse to waste money on these kinds of frivolities anyway - call me a killjoy. And don't get me started on the waste in fireworks!!
I stopped going there when they rolled out their number plate and facial recognition system. They installed it in a branch near mine recently, looks different to some of the older systems in some locations. Two cameras pointed at the car from an overhead beam and a number plate reader on the outbound lane. When you drive in your plate is captured, walk in the store, your face and other physical characteristics, tattoos, scars, gait etc are captured while walking round then the face again in higher resolution at checkout from several angles including front on at both self and non self check out, then the images of the car and its passengers on the way out. They claim its all for security, looking at the scale and amount of hardware installed, that is not about security to stop shoplifting,
'Are masks coming back?', I hear you say Meryl?
Well, thanks for asking.
Well, yes in fact.
I'm producing an exclusive range of masks that bear a strikingly life-like image of my arse.
'Stick dazzas arse on yer face, mate'
It's marketing genius.
Plus, it comes with the added bonus of 'scratch n smell'
So, when the wearer gets sick of breathing in government lies, they can give their mask a scratch and voila!
Roses.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Yikes. That "public service announcement" on J. Kimmel's show is disturbing. WTF.
Thanks for posting it. First time I've ever seen it. Hopefully the last as well.
Exactly! We need to remember how these people treated us so they are never allowed to do so again!
