I am not sure the people working at parliament understand satire....?!?! They will honestly probably think you cannot function without their Bill!!
As much as your submission was a fun read, I think people would do better to stick with honest responses (eg the Bill is evil, must be stopped etc). However, it will be interesting to see if yours is published, ha ha! After the swathes that were, er, omitted from the Excess Mortality submissions, I can only but hope your submission makes it, if only for some fun!
